'Akuratex Developments' was founded in 1994 by Mr. M. Sayeed Akhtar who is a textile engineer having experience of 48 years in the field of textiles. The company is basically a manufacturer of Safety gloves( usually called 'Liners'). Our in-house production is capable of producing 150,000 pair of gloves per month.

'Liners' are made from Interlock or Jersey(Fleece) cloth. These are then coated with PVC or Nitrile chemical. This process is not available with us. Its types are:

1) With or without Knit Wrist
2) With Safety Cuff
3) Gauntlet

From 2002 we started a new line of Plied yarn. Its trade name is 'Twine'. It is made by getting 2 to 20(approx. ) yarns(cotton or PC) together and then twisting them to make a single yarn. It is used for packing bundles of letters etc. In various companies e. G. Post offices etc.

Last year we put ourselves into the line of work gloves. These are usually made from Interlock, Single Jersey, Jersey(Fleece, grey and brown), Nylon, Woven cloth and Terry cloth.

Recently we started the line of Kitchen Towel and manufacturing various types of towel.
