1986- Becomes a subsidiary of Eastman Kodak Company.
1989- Firstly designs and manufactures scanner lenses in Taiwan.
1992- Starts designing and manufacturing of Microfilmer.
1994- Starts manufacturing of LCD projection Lens.
1995- ISO 9002 certified by TUV/ Starts manufacturing of Copier Lens/ Starts manufacturing of Rifle Scope Lens.
1996- Designs and manufactures DSC fixed focus lens.
1997- ISO 14001 certified by TUV/ Designs and manufactures Mini Lab Zoom Lens.
1998- MRP II Class A certified on Dec. 14/ Designs and manufactures DSC zoom lens
2000- OHSAS 18001 certified by TUV
2002- Kodak transferred BASO to Libon Investment in 10/2002
