Buckler Industrial Corporation (formerly CIPA Manufacturing Corporation) has had a long history of being leaders in sports equipment and industrial OEM/ODM. Everyday people use brand name consumer goods, sport equipment, industrial hydraulics, turbines, automotive and other items that were designed and manufactured by Buckler.
We have been an integrated OEM/ODM with full DMAIC process controls in place to ensure quality even at high volumes. We are capable of producing complex casting, forging, stamping, welding, machining and finishing of parts in large quantities. The cornerstone business for us is stainless steel investment casting products. Our continuously evolving capabilities now feature advance metallurgical process (for working with exotic materials), solid modeling and enhanced process controls.
Our R&D team is well experienced at working with Major Brand R&D teams to come together and develop a product that is economical to produce, performs better than specs and looks really good (as our Swedish designer exclaims... VOOF-DA). Being fully integrated; it enables many of our clients to be fully outsourced to focus on what they do best. Our R&D team motto is, Innovative Products from concept to dock in weeks, not months.
We are continuously expanding to met overwhelming demand for our products, from our original factory (founded in 1978), to our present offshore factory (since 1993) to our new 25 acre factory which is scheduled to be online in 2007.
