The annual production capacity of electric contacts is more than 20,000kg, and they are suitable for relays, timers, AC contactors, thermostats, switches, and other electronics. Our company provides all kinds of pin headers, box headers, and female headers suitable for VCD and DVD players and computer fittings, as well as LED lead needles, lead wire, jump line, pins, and diodes. Materials we use include copper coated steel, alloy copper, oxygen-free copper, tin-plated copper, and brass.
We have advanced equipment, including 5 domestic series complex forging machines, self degreaser, grinder, several lathes, quench stove, electric stove, and 10 domestic electronic punchers. We also have various testing equipment, including a precision projector, ASTM electric contact tester, and Olympus metallographic analysis instrument to ensure the reliability of production and development.
