The product range includes Non-Ferrous and ferrous Forgings, in As Forged as well as Machined Condition, in Copper, Brass, Aluminium and Aluminium-Bronze, ms and ss from 3 gms. To 4Kgs.
Development of new product is our forte and cupro-nickel alloy forgings is our latest development Product Development services also includes Component Development, Die Designing and Die Manufacturing, cost effectively.
Our manufacturing facility is located in the heart of the Industrial city of Chennai, a hub well identified in the industrial map for manufacturer for engineering products. We are equipped with most modern machines for forging of the non-ferrous and ferrous fully supported with an automatic temperature controlled furnace for maximum accuracy and repeatability.
Forging press installed are in varying capacities to put in product use of taking out components in various alloys in different weight. Our Machine Shop is also equipped with all types of machines to cater to our customers machining needs, also assuring on time delivery of machined forgings, duly inspected with the help of fully calibrated measuring instruments, including surface illumination on profile projector.
We use raw materials to customer specifications in addition to working with customers to develop better alternates.
