Details of activities:

1. We are direct manufacturers of terry towelling products.

2. We have our own terry towelling weaving factory with 16 looms of pakistan origin complete with other auxilliary machines.

3. We have our own stitching unit within the same premises of the weaving factory. Stitching unit has 20 single needle juki sewing machine with other auxilliary machines like safety, over-lock,6-needle, etc.

4. We have permanent contractual arrangement for:

Bleaching and dyeing with habib bleaching&dyeing company with capacity of processing 150,000 kgs. Per month.
Shearing(velourprocessing) with al-siraj textiles with capacity of processing 500,000 kgs. Per month.
Buzzer printing with aftab printing mills with the capacity of printing and processing 5000 meters per day.

Screen(table)printing with master priting industries with capacity of printing 1000 meters per day.

5. Orders are processed according to the specifications furnished by the buyers at the time of negotiations. The specifications include quality of yarns, quality weight, sizes, colours and packing.

6. At every stage of production the products are inspected at random to guarantee specification and final inspection under aql system is done after the goods are packed.
