Our manufacturing facility started in 1984. We have the capacity of manufacturing 36,000 air conditioners per year with a production floor of 7,800 sq. M.
We produce a range of products to fulfil all customers needs. We are thailand's most modern and leading manufacturer of air conditioners andrelated products.
Our products are manufactured with modern and state of the art technology under close supervision of our production control. We especially select high quality material to ensure superior quality products. The haco and kleen shearing machines are installed to ensure safety and successful creation of our products.
Amada punching machine we use is CNC for high accuracy. Bending process is done by wysong, amada, kleen and haco. We have modern electrostatic powder coating room which makes the coating smooth and enduring.
A full range of our products selection contributed to the success of our company:
1) condensing units of 9,000-600,000 BTU/hr
2) fan coil unit of 400-3,200cfm
3) packaged cooling unit of 90,000-900,000 BTU/hr
4) air handling of 3,000-5,000 cfm
5) remote air cooled condenser of 300,000-1,200,000 BTU/hr of 25-100 tons
We implimented the thai industrial standard(tis) regulations in 1999 we have been certified by egat(energy generating authority of thailand) #5 label for high energy conservation in our split type systems. We have the ISO 9002(version2000) and quality management system certification by sgs thailand a local body of ukas.
