Established in 1999, kaiyu limited is the leading manufacturer of natural flake graphite in China. Our plant/taida plant is located in Shandong China, where is very famous of flake graphite ores. At present our company has 188 employees and 36 professional engineers. And we obtained iso9001 quality certificate.
Our products include all grades of natural flake graphite, including expandable graphite, spherical graphite, micronized graphite, high purity graphite, etc. By choosing best minerals, and using advanced grinding, floating, chemical purifying technoligies, we guarantee that our products are very consistent and stable in quality. We have five production lines and our production capacity is up to 3000mt per year. The expandable graphite producing line is designed on very advanced technology basis, which is able to produce eg with special specifications. By purifying technology, we are able to produce flake graphite with 99.99% carbon. We also produce micronized graphite, and the finest particle size is 1.5 microns. We developed spherical graphite, which shape is like potato. The sg grade graphite has higher tap density and lower specific surface area. It can be used negative materials for lithium ion rechargeable battery, bi-polar plates of fuel battery, electrical conductive agent in carbon brush, additive in ceramic membrane and heat-spreading materials. We are also good at controlling the content of trace elements, such as fe, cu, mo, S, etc.
