Established in 1957 Nicosia Cyprus, M. Toros Trading Ltd is a leading import / export company that deals in motor vehicles, textiles and electrical appliances. We are the main importers of Philips Lighting, Philips CE & DAP, Whirlpool Home Appliances, Opel, Volvo and Isuzu cars in Northnern Cyprus. Besides our main lines, we are also involved in credit, insuarance, travle and property rental businesses.
Our subsidary company in Istanbul, Turkey, M.Toros Foreign Trade Ltd. Co. was established in 1997, as a wholly private company, geared for international trade. Since its foundation, the Company has been the Authorised Distributor of Whirlpool Home Appliances, and Midea Air Conditioners and Fans. In addition to these import activities, the company is a well established exporter for various products seen on the home page, manufactured primarily by prominent Turkish companies.
The company headquarters is situated in Taksim, the 'heart' of Istanbul, and the nationwide sales ( currently 50 ) and aftersales ( currently 90 ) network contribute to the rapidly growing consumer preferance market share of both Whirlpool and Midea. Whilst the sales and the service network initially began to be set up in the main cities, it is gradually spreading to all counties, with the ultimate intention of enabling a nationwide availability of our appliances to the Turkish consumers.
