About us
We are 100% export unit in exporting primarily to USA since 1980 and the Gulf countries. We belong to a renowned group of family controlled Business of north India with businesses dating back to the early 1900s. We are a professionally managed firm with technically qualified people at the helm of the affairs. The Executives are all Engineers and Professionals with long experience in various fields. Managerial staffs are also technically qualified in different fields. The management is all technically savvy with substantial computerization and a customized ERP deployment due in the coming months.
Nature of Business
The thrust of our business since inception has been towards Exports and we have been exporting continuously since 1980 to USA with an excellent track record. We are exporters with a very good standing with our banks, our customers and our suppliers. We have been engaged in manufacture and export in stiff competition with markets like Taiwan and China and have consistently increased our market share by continuing to expand our product base. Currently, we have a product range of more than 1100 products. Our latest addition has been a premier range of PVC Coated Chain-Link mesh on state of the art fully automatic machines, all of which are being exported in ready to use packing units to USA.
Manufacturing Technology
We have developed totally indigenous technology for manufacture of all types of Sheet metal components. The components that we make are totally interchangeable with those available from other manufacturers worldwide. We have a strong in house R&D effort whereby we are able to develop manufacturing techniques for various products to suit our machinery at most economical cost with high returns. We are constantly upgrading our manufacturing technology by up-gradation in tooling design.
Facilities
Recently we have consolidated our operations in a new Modern integrated facility covering more than 6,500 sq MT(70000 sq ft) of covered space, situated on a plot of 3,50,000 sq. Ft(morethan 8 acres) leaving ample scope for expansion.
We have a wide range of Equipment for sheet metal and Wire working such as: -
Power Presses, Power presses for Deep Draw operations, Shearing machines, Special purpose machines for mass-produced products, High-speed tooling, Tool room machinery like Lathes, Shapers, Drill machines, Surface grinders etc. Welding equipment,6 mm capacity spot welding machines, Fully automated conveyorised Powder coating plant upto 7.3 mtrs(24ft) for long products, Conveyorised Powder coating plant for small fittings and components, Hot dip galvanizing Furnaces designed for Heavy coatings/Light coatings, State of the Art Pollution Free Zinc Electroplating plant for products up to 14 ft long, with Racks, Barrels, and a conveyorised plant for large volumes, High Speed Extruder for PVC Coating on Wire, High Speed Chainlink Mesh Weaving machine
Manufacturing capacity
We have the capacity to manufacture about 300 MT per month of Stampings/Fabricated items and 300 MT of Colour coated long sections like Pipes etc. Per month. All our production is currently finished in the following manner: -
1. Hot Dip Galvanized.
2. Zinc Electroplated.
3. Powder coated.
4. Hot dip galvanized and Powder Coated.
5. Zinc Electroplated and Powder coated.
6. Powder coating using our proprietary dual coat Powder coating process.
Our latest addition has been chain link mesh. It is manufactured as GI Wire mesh or PVC coated GI wire mesh. Our product follows: -
1. Standardised according to ASTMs I. E. Universally interchangeable.
2. Hot Dip Galvanized to ASTM specs.
3. Colours of choice available.
4. Heights up to 4 Mtrs/12 ft available.
