The Production unit spreads over a large area equipped with modern machinery and efficient workforce; we are capable of producing on average 750.000 meter zipper per month. Today, at OR-EL all production processes starting from raw material up to fine finished goods are made professionally by using latest technology, DTM color and HI-T Dyeing System.

At OR-EL, quality of zippers is the prime concern of the company. At each stage of production the zippers are subjected to stringed quality control measures to ensure excellent quality. All products are produced under the standards of TS 11516 Textile Product-Zipper and OEKO-Tex Standard 100.
All production processes at OR-EL have been approved by the American CRS Registrars in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
