Rotex Sanitary Industry Ltd was registered on the 9TH of octorber 1980 with registration no.35510 and at the same time registered with the manufacturing association of Nigeria (MAN) on the 28TH day of octorber 1987 as a full manufactuiring company of its own with reg no.1445. Since that time the company has been in existence.
In 1992 the company had a problem which lingered upto 1994 when the first director of company died. The son of the director decided to handle the business again in 1998, By this time some of the manufacturing machines has being out dated. For this reason the management now decided to acquire new machines for the following production line.
