Our factory was founded in 1982, and we are one of the oldest professional brass and copper tube manufacturers all over the China. The factory covers a floor area of 30,000 square meters with 526 employees, among which over 40 are research and development staff.
Our company specializes in various straight and angled brass tubing with alloy including H63, H65, H68, H70, H85, JI63, CZ106, CZ107, CZ108, CZ109, CuZn37, CuZn35, CuZn30, CuZn15, C26000, C2720, C2700T, C27200, C27000, CDA272, and CDA270. Outer diameter varies from 1mm to 300mm and thickness from 0.1mm to 10mm. Furthermore, all of our finished goods are produced in accordance with GB, ASTM B 135, BSEN12449, DIN 17765 and JIS H3300 standards according to customers' requests.
Our business scope consists of brass tube melting, squeezing, drawing, bending, polishing and plating. Appropriately, our products are widely used in Pipe hardware, sanitary ware, communication equipment, electronic appliances and for antennas, auto parts, hardware lamps, pen making, light ware and musical instruments, etc. Moreover, we can produce copper tubing according to your custom OEM requirements.
After two decades of manufacturing experience and efficient management focus, we now have the capability to produce 10,000 tons of brass tubing annually. Due to our large capacity and high quality product along with competitive prices, our tubing is widely sold both at home and abroad. Accordingly, nearly 60 percent of our products are exported to North America, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. In the middle of 2004, we passed the ISO9001 evaluation. Meanwhile, we got "AAA" Credit appraise every year due to our high prestige in the Bank of China.
