Tak Shun Technology Group Limited (the "Group") has established its own factory and engaged in the design and manufacture of calculators in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). Our production is currently carried out by Putian Dexing Electronic Limited, which is located in Putian city, Fujian Province, PRC with a total gross floor area of about 70,000 sq. M.. We have approximately 8,000 staff and workers and advanced integrated production facilities. We produce not only calculators with basic function, but also other state of the art and high value added electronic products to better serve our customers. To cope with the fast expansion of the Group, it was listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (Stock code:1228).
