We are pleased to introduce our group which is in textiles for decades in India(manufacturing narrow woven tape, knitted, woven garments etc ) and our recent foray is into Synthetic Monofilament Yarn manufacturing for Technical Textile application(Nylon6, Nylon 66, Nylon 610, Nylon 612, Nylon co polymer, PP, PET, PBT, TPE, TPU with 0.05 to 4 mm Dia based on requirement) and Bristles for which the demand projected was quite strong. Our plant is located at Bangalore, India with an installed capacity of 2500 MT per year is a state of the art manufacturing facility with the best machines/technology available in the world supplied by Rifenhuser/Rimotec, Germany.
With the above technology combined with our manufacturing professionals who has decades of experience in monofilament industry will ensure our products are made with international quality standards, like excellent dimensional stability, diameter precision, service life reproduction accuracy etc.
Our machines are equipped with on line laser guided diameter testing machine which can provide a consolidated report on the whole lot this combined with adequately equipped quality control lab ensures that our product meets stringent quality parameters before shipping.
We are producing at present products for European market and current range includes:
A) Bristle Series
I)PA612&610 - 0.18 mm dia to 0.25 mm dia in white and colors bristle in 1300 mm length x50mm dia bar also 0.06&0.07 mm dia for Cosmetic&Inner Dental Brush
Ii) PA 6,66 - 0.12 mm dia to 3 mm dia in white and color bristle in 1300 mm length 50mm dia bar
Iii) PBT and PE - 0.12 mm dia to 3 mm dia white and color bristle in 1300 mm length x50mm dia bar
Iv) Modified polymer series - 0.12 mm dia to 3 mm dia - our product highlight will be starprofile, hollow profile and polyamide 612.
Our bristle series consist of polymers- PA66, PA6, PP(N500, N501, N502) specialty polymers-PA612,610 PBT(S400S401) modifiedpolymers(B-100B-101, B-102) various profiles star, hallow, square(P300P301, P302)

Zipper, paper machines clothing, filtration fabric, narrow fabric weaving, industrial beltings, electrical sleeving, sun control fabric, paint brush, hair brush, tooth brush, coiled brush shade cloth for agriculture, PA66 mono filament for velcro, magic fastners industrial brushes, industrial filters, fishing line, fishing net, industrial textiles, curtains and carpet backing PP for reinforcement and geo textiles in TPU yarn and tape end use.
