The company, established in 1949, occupies an area of 51,000m2,and has the building area of 23,000m2,the fixed assets of over 20million RMB and 430 employees. There are 62 special staff, among whom are 6 senior engineers. It's well equipped with various advanced foreign and China-made machine tools, and moreover, possesses the first-class dynamic-balancing technology and apparatus. Our company is therefore strong in product design & manufacturing. .The average annual output is 250 units of separators and centrifuge ,of which more than 50% is exported.
At present ,we manufacture'Westlake'Brand disc separators as follows: Model DRY-366 Disc Separator(fine quality award);Model QTD-350 Vegetable Oil Separator(fine quality award and silver prize);Model LX-460 Latex Separator(fine quality award and silver prize);Model QTD-420 Beer separator, Model DPF-350 Starch Separator;Model DPJ-464 Yeast Separator, Milk Separator. The dynamic-balancing technology at full speed developed by us has been granted by Nation as 'Bronze Prize of Invention'.
In the end of 1980's, we obtained the licence and whole technology from Swiss Sulzer Escher Wyss and started to manufacture the whole-level two-stage pusher centrifuges,Model P-40, P-500, P-60 and P-85, which are optimum machines to salt-based chemical industry.
Because of advanced technology ,high quality, timely delivery, and fine after-sale service, our products are now welcomed by customers, domestic and abroad, and numeriously exported to the Southeast Asia.
